Dear Dr. Howard,

I just wanted to thank you for giving me back a smile. I remember when I came into the office the first time, and I asked you if you could give me a smile, and your understanding of my situation. Your staff was so kind, and made me feel comfortable.
I had not seen a dentist for 7 years because of my traumatic experience the last time. You have completely erased that and I do look forward to coming to see you in the future for cleanings follow-up care.
The ultra modern equipment and techniques you used were “mindblowing.” I had no idea that Lasers were being used in dentistry. Your ability to make a crown on your computer and fabricate it and place it in one appointment so that I did not need to run around thinking that I would lose my temporary.

But I want to thank you most of all for your gentleness and kindness.

Dr. Howard and staff,

I would like to thank you for the amazing veneers that you placed on my teeth. Being in the entertainment business my appearance is of primary importance. Dear Dr. Howard,

This is a very long overdue “Thank You!” I have sat down several times to write this, and it is so hard to put into words my gratitude to you and your staff.

From the first time we came into your office with Casey, we were treated with such respect, caring, and kindness. You were so caring and went out of your way to make sure that Casey could smile again. You have also done what is hard to do… you have an amazing staff around you. From the front desk to all of the girls in the back, all are great people.

Writing has never been one of my strong points. Please know that I will be forever grateful to you and your staff for all they have done for us! I have been a very blessed person… people have come into my life when I needed them the most… and you guys are one of those that came and forever changed my life… “Thank You!”
